OUR FAITH

From the time of the Apostles to today, Christians have laid out doctrine (beliefs) in brief, definitive statements. We stand alongside our brothers and sisters from centuries past to concisely set forth the cornerstone truths of our church as guided by Scripture. Our Statement of Faith serves to summarize our essential Christian beliefs, demonstrate our unity in Christ, and guard our church against error.

OUR COVENANT

Our church covenant lays out how we promise to live together as members of the new covenant. It forms the moral principles of our worldview and holds out the biblical standard and principles by which we live together. True community is found in a commitment to one another, and true commitment entails upholding the principles by which we remain united.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to call attention back to the timeless biblical priorities, principles, and methods that God has ordained for the maturity of the local church. In essence—God’s Word, God’s way. The vision of our church, then, is not to mimic culture or compete with religious pragmatism, but rather to display the biblical vision of what the true church is.

OUR VALUES

Whereas Our Vision is derived by our Biblical convictions, Our Values are drawn from prudence and our passion. These are a few things we seek to be marked by as a local church.

OUR DISTINCTIVES

We desire that our church would be exemplary in seeking to uphold a faithful evangelical heritage—“the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints” (Jude 3).

OUR CONSTITUTION

Our Constitution lays out how we will be governed as a church. These are the procedures by which, among other things, we elect our leaders, add members to our church, remove members, and generally order ourselves as we seek to glorify God and encourage each other.
