Our Youth
Our Youth Ministry aims to join with parents in evangelizing and discipling their teens, with the hope of preparing the following generations to “know the LORD” (Judges 2:10).
Our youth leaders—members of NCBC, led by one of our elders—hope to do life with the youth, know the youth, and point the youth to Jesus. We pursue this through fun, food, fellowship and time in God’s Word.
We offer a variety of resources and opportunities for middle school and high school students (grades 6—12) throughout the academic year and summer months:
Youth Nights (once per month) held every third Friday evening at 7:00p.m., with locations rotating among the homes of church members. This is a time for bible teaching, prayer, and fellowship. These nights center on God’s Word and aim to help students grow in both understanding and obedience.
Quarterly Youth Outings are a time for fun and fellowship through activities such as laser tag, bowling, game nights, etc. We also encourage our youth and youth parents to invite friends or visitors as an opportunity for evangelism.
1-on-1 Discipleship by members of our church.
